Your work will help shape performance outcomes, align reporting with business strategy, and support key initiatives across the organisation. To be successful, you will bring: Legally entitled to work in New Zealand and capable of obtaining a New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) Security Clearance. Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification in CA/CPA. Experience with financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic planning within a complex organisational environment. Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
