This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have completed an internship and are eager to build a career in communications, public relations, and social media marketing. You will gain hands-on experience supporting client campaigns, media relations, and social media projects in a fast-paced agency environment.Key Responsibilities:Public RelationsAssist in media monitoring, updating media lists, and distributing press materials. Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, media events, and client activities. Draft and edit content such as press releases, media briefs, reports, and coverage summaries. Maintain proper documentation including contact reports, meeting notes, and project updates. Social MediaSupport in planning, scheduling, and reporting social media activities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Assist in tracking and analysing social media performance (organic and paid). Help prepare reports, timelines, and presentations for internal and client reviews. Learn and use social tools such as Sprinklr and Brandwatch for campaign tracking and reporting. GeneralCoordinate project tasks and ensure timely execution. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork. Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Internship experience in PR, social media, or related areas is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of media and social platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with online research tools.
