With great projects come great responsibility, and our Production Management team needs an exceptional individual to support project coordination, team collaboration, and efficient workflows.Assist with departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring clear communication, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.Perform administrative tasks and data entry.Prepare reports and presentations.Analyze data and provide recommendations.Help in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Learn and apply industry best practices in studio planning, production management and game production.QualificationsPreferably Final Semester Students in Business Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Related Studies from Business Schools / Universities. Good critical thinking and data-analysis skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Leadership potential and willingness to learn.Organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Strong attention to detail.Basic understanding of business operations and management principles.Eagerness to take on new challenges.Passion for game development and an understanding of production pipelines is a plus.This position is open to students who are Malaysians / have proper rights of visa only as we do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
