1) Communication Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals and values.Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications2) Public Relations & Media Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencersDraft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials.Act as the representative spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries 3) Stakeholder Engagement:This role focuses on more building and driving strong stakeholder engagement (internal & external) and partnerships with local government and corporate business associations. Develop communication strategies to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.Prepare reports, speeches, and presentations for executives for stakeholder engagements 4) Digital and Social Media Presence:Manage and enhance the company’s online presence through effective social media strategies and website contentMonitor and respond to online feedback and reputation issues5) Crisis / Risk Management:Develop and execute crisis communication plans to manage reputation risks effectivelyProvide timely responses and updates during crises to mitigate potential impact.Job requirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong experience in corporate communications strategy and development in relation to ESG for communityProven experience in media relations and crisis management.Strong project management and organizational skills.Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
