Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo lead and execute talent acquisition strategies with a primary focus on Emiratisation by attracting, hiring, and developing UAE Nationals across the organization, ensuring alignment with organization and national workforce development goals, regulatory compliance, and internal talent needs through structured programs and strategic partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops and implements Emiratisation strategies aligned with organizational goals and UAE government mandates.Partners with internal stakeholders (HR, business units, Rewards & Manpower Planning) to forecast national talent needs and Manpower Planning.Represents the organization at career fairs, university events, and government forums to promote Emiratisation initiatives.Leads sourcing and selection processes for UAE National roles across departments.Builds and maintains talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, colleges, and government entities.Designs targeted recruitment campaigns and job advertisements tailored for UAE Nationals.Manages early career programs such as Graduate Trainee, Internship, Scholarship, and Summer Training schemes.Monitors and reports on Emiratisation program effectiveness, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.Ensures structured onboarding, coaching, and development plans for UAE national hires.Maintains dashboards and reports on Emiratisation metrics, including compliance and General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) registration.Oversees full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of UAE Nationals as a primary focus, while also supporting talent acquisition within Cargo and Airport operations.Maintains high standards of candidate engagement and communication.Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems for accurate data management and reporting.Manages and drives bulk hiring across various areas within the organization.QualificationsBachelor's Degree (3+ years)Degree in HR, Business Administration or related fieldFluent in English & ArabicMinimum 3 years of managing within Talent Acquisition with experience in bulk hiring. Proven success in managing graduate or early-career programs.
