Company DescriptionAs a Sales Manager in our Liquor practice area, our ideal candidate has some experience within the Australian liquor industry. They are customer centric, passionate about innovation, commercially orientated and can be data-savvy when required.The Sales Manger will play an integral role in the success of the On and Off Prem business. With unique On Prem and off Prem NIQ solutions and innovation that has recently launched and resonated strongly with liquor manufacturers this role will suit driven, strategic thinkers, who are (ideally) well-networked in the sector.With the high degree of autonomy this position offers. This role requires strong sales skills; with knowledge of the liquor industry and/or data and insights and the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams to achieve shared objectives and act as support for wider commercial team, offering expertise, product knowledge and support throughout sales process.Job DescriptionSales Management: Take ownership of achieving the budget targets for your Australia Liquor clients, which includes proactively identify revenue opportunities and devise plans for closing these Ensure accurate forecasting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, in collaboration team. Take the lead in orchestrating and delivering sales presentation, including managing major RMS (scan), CGA (on prem) & CPS (shopper) pitches. This involves leading sales pitches and delivering proposals. QualificationsLiquor Expertise: Experience working in the Australian Liquor FMCG market; both On and Off Prem ideally. Sales Expertise: Proven track record on achieving sales target and driving revenue growth. Client Management: Extensive experience expanding client portfolio or client acquisition. Strong communication skill: Excellent verbal and written communication skill Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it to actionable insights. Liquor Knowledge – a good understanding of the liquor category in the Australian market along with passion and knowledge of beer, spirits, wine and/or RTD alcohol. Experience working in matrixed organizations includes familiarity with navigating complex organizational structures.
