You will oversee the successful delivery of projects and cultivate strong client relationships both within Singapore and across the Southeast Asia region.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Drive lead generation through customer visits, industry events, seminars, networking, and whitepaper publishingConduct presales activities and develop proposals to secure project opportunitiesDeliver compelling presentations to close contracts and win new businessProject Delivery:Assemble and lead project teams in collaboration with ABeam Singapore, other SEA offices, and Japan HQManage project teams to ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards are metMaintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring successful project outcomesProvide hands-on consulting services, problem-solving, and delivering resultsApply ABeam Singapore’s methodologies for IT implementation projects and deliver solutions throughout the project lifecycleHandle IT Strategy and Business Process Consulting projects, including IT Strategy & Planning, Business Process Optimization, and Large-Scale ERP ImplementationsTeam Building/ Talent Development:Recruit and train strategy consultants in alignment with our business expansion plansMentor and coach team members in strategy consulting practices to enhance performance and developmentRequirements:Min. Degree in Business, Management or related fieldMust have at least 7 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or the strategy division of a major consulting company. More than 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in delivering strategy consulting projects.
