Job Description

Research and extract valuable information from internal and external data sources to explain historical, current and future China channel performance including sales/dealer achievement rate, hospital sales and inventory level.How you’ll make an impact: Formulate and implement department strategies, explore potential distributors, and expand new business channels Actively cooperate with sales team, participate in the daily management of distributors in line with distributors' performance; Formulate improvement plans for poor performance distributors and terminate unqulalfied distributors. Participate in the formulation of channel management policies and distributor incentive policies for the company's CE departments, and actively provide suggestions, including pricing strategies, rebate policies, promotion policies, and rules for submitting invoices; follow up on the implementation of each channel policy and submit periodic interim analysis reports on the implementation of relevant policies, and propose improvements Ensure that distributors operate in compliance with regulations; manage the accuracy of distributors' forecasts for inventory; have a deep understanding of the regional channel situation and improve the effectiveness of the channel through data analysis of distributors' inventory, sales, and stock levels Other incidental dutiesWhat you'll need (Required):Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 8 years years experience previous related experience RequiredMaster's Degree Or Equivalent In In Related Field PreferredWhat else we look for (Preferred): Experience working in a regulated industry and sales management preferred. Proven successful channel management leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems
