The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing consulting projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and conducting client meetings to understand their needs and objectives. Other responsibilities include analyzing business processes, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring project deliverables are met within deadlines whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong leadership, project management, and team management skillsExperience in strategic planning, organizational development, and process improvementProficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-makingExcellent presentation, communication, and client relationship management skillsFlexibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentExperience in consulting or management roles is preferredBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related disciplineUnderstanding of the local business landscape in Lagos is a plusProficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for project management and reporting
