Manager — Digital Marketing (SEO / SMM / SEM)

Manage SEO, SEM, social, campaign performance and CRO to drive leads and lower cost per enrolment.Role summary:Plan and execute the end-to-end digital funnel: performance marketing (Google/Facebook/LinkedIn), SEO, content amplification, tracking & analytics, landing page optimisation, and integrated campaign measurement tied to admissions.Key responsibilitiesPlan & run paid search, display, social media & programmatic campaigns aligned to admissions calendar.Own SEO strategy for program pages, content clusters, and technical SEO.Implement tracking (UTM, GA/GA4, pixel, CRM integration) and dashboarding for L2/L3 attribution.Work with content and design to build high-conversion landing pages and nurture sequences.Optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-enrolment (CPE) while maintaining lead quality.Manage agency relationships and budget allocation.Required4–8 years in digital marketing with 2+ years in performance-focus roles in higher education or professional services.Hands-on SEM, SEO, and analytics experience; comfortable with GA4, Tag Manager, Ads Manager.KPIsCPL: Achieve CPL 300 target (example: INR 350) per program.Lead volume: Deliver 10 K qualified digital leads/month.SEO growth: Increase organic sessions for program pages , top 3 ranking for NGI with priority keywords.Conversion Rate: 10%Attribution: Increase MQL → SQL conversion tracked in CRM by 75%.
