Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & AdmissionsDevelop and execute marketing strategies to attract quality students from across India.Plan and oversee campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and outreach activities to enhance brand visibility.Admissions & EnrolmentDrive end-to-end admissions cycle including lead generation, counseling, conversions, and final enrolments.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth admissions processes aligned with university policies.Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture strong relationships with top schools, universities, educational consultants, and corporate partners.Represent the university at national-level education fairs, conferences, and events.Team Leadership & ExecutionMentor and lead a team of marketing and admissions professionals to deliver on student enrolment goals.Monitor KPIs, analyze data trends, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
