What The Role IsYou are responsible in undertaking various Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities as part of the Manpower Branch in the Command.What You Will Be Working On Develop and execute deployment and training plans Implement and administer HR initiatives and processes Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) on administration of courses Guide and advise stakeholders on HR matters Contribute to digitalising and automating HR processes.Challenge(s) Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and being flexible in tackling unexpected challenges Working with multiple stakeholders, and balancing their interests with organisational needs Enhancing service delivery to provide a positive onboarding experience and career journey for the NS population Liaising with all levels of managementWhat We Are Looking For Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and engagement skills Good critical thinking, project management and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle large volumes of data Ability to work independently as well as in a teamAppointment will be commensurate with your experience.(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
