For more information, visit www.bitgo.com.As an Onboarding Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing account openings, conducting due diligence checks, and providing advice to various business functions. Your main objective will be to ensure compliance with internal policies and AML/KYC requirements, while also identifying opportunities for onboarding process improvement to mitigate compliance risks.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily reconciliations of custodial, trading, and fiat balances, ensuring full compliance with MAS safeguarding and client-money segregation requirementsLead MAS regulatory reporting, owning the preparation and on-time submission of monthly (PSN04/PSN07), semi-annual, and annual filingsBalance safeguarding, settlement, and operating accounts daily, maintaining strict segregation between client and company fundsMaintain and periodically update the fiat operations playbook, covering procedures for deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and internal escalationsAssist with onboarding and maintenance of banking partners, including due-diligence reviews, account opening documentation, KYC refreshes, and relationship management across multi-currency accountsOversee vendor onboarding and payment setup, ensuring all counterparties meet internal compliance standards prior to engagementSupport internal and external audits, providing reconciliations, control evidence, and management responsesManage general office administration, including procurement and inventory of office supplies, vendor coordination, and expense trackingCoordinate IT setup and employee onboarding, ensuring laptops, accounts, and workspace arrangements are ready for new hires to enable a seamless startRequirements2-4 years of investment banking, asset management or operations experience at regulated financial businessIdeally have substantive exposure and interest in blockchain / Fintech industryIdeally accounting, finance or business university degreeWhy Join BitGo?Disrupting an industry takes vision, innovation, passion, technical chops, drive to deliver, collaboration, and execution.
