Manager/Senior Manager, Customer Relations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise daily customer service operations.- Handle customer inquiries/complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring all requests are resolved effectively.- Responsible for preparing contracts, handling assignment cases, and Pink Book submissions.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.- Lead, train, and motivate Customer Relations team to achieve performance goals.- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Property Management…) to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.- Monitor and report customer feedback, proposing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.Requirements- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations.- Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively- Experience in Real Estate industry is a plus- Good written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.- Good personal grooming, pleasant outlook and cheerful by nature.- Dynamic and able to multi-task.- Good working attitude and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and excellent interpersonal skillsBenefits- Competitive Salary and a guaranteed 13th-month salary.- Annual variable bonus and performance-based salary reviews.- Comprehensive Health & Wellness Scheme (9 million/year).- Bao Viet Insurance for staff and dependents.- Worldwide top-up insurance (excluding the U.S.) for staff .- 16 days of annual leave plus 3 days for family events.- Continuous learning and development through in-house and on-the-job training.
