Job DescriptionThe core objective of this role is to foster collaboration with Business Units, actively participating in the design and facilitation of transformative initiatives within a managed portfolio. The role necessitates close collaboration with initiative owners to convert overarching business strategies into tangible, actionable plans, subsequently ensuring their seamless and successful implementation.Job Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution Collaborate with Business Units (Initiative Owners) to translate strategic plans into actionable projects/ initiatives. Collaborate with Business Units (Initiative Owners) to co-develop initial designs for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives designed to achieve specific outcomes. Adopt an iterative approach to strategic planning, ensuring regular reassessment and adaptation based on feedback loops. Cultivate a culture that values adaptability and responsiveness to emerging opportunities and challenges. 2. Performance Measurement Implement Agile metrics that focus on value delivery, regularly inspect and adapt measurement strategies based on feedback. Shift towards performance metrics that align with Agile principles and emphasize continuous improvement. Use data-driven analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement. 3. Stakeholder Engagement Prioritize collaboration and feedback from stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Instill a culture of openness and continuous feedback through regular retrospectives, enhancing relationships and decision-making processes. 4. Undertake ad-hoc project Undertake any ad-hock project that may be assigned by the management.Job Skills Management Strategic-PlanningJob Requirements Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economic or Professional Qualifications. Agile, Scrum Certified will be an advantage. Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related fields. Ability to think critically and strategically, considering long-term goals and implications. Visionary mindset to anticipate industry trends and changes. Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for diverse audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas and strategies. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills to inform strategic decision-making. Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide teams toward common strategic goals. Ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers. Proven ability to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and make informed decisions. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity. Understanding of financial principles and the ability to develop and manage budgets.
