Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the London Stock Exchange Group, supporting our Markets, Risk Intelligence & FTSE Russell Divisions to attract the very best talent to LSEG.You will be an individual contributor, responsible for partnering directly with Divisional hiring managers to establish sourcing and attraction strategies to deliver high calibre talent to high performing teams. If you are looking to advance your talent acquisition career in a world-class People Function, start your next adventure with our diverse TA team and unlock your potential!Role ResponsibilitiesSourcing and attracting the highest calibre talent to LSEGPartnering with hiring managers to develop a sourcing strategy for each role, ensuring regular communication and updates through the hiring journeyEnsuring quality of candidate and hiring manager experience through each hiring processDeveloping and maintaining diverse talent pipelines in line with the businesses current and future requirementsCreate and implement innovative and creative solutions to sourcing and candidate management – including developing direct sourcing channels, employee referrals, advertising and other methods. Creativity is encouraged!Partner closely with central sourcing team including market mapping and market intelligence dataImplement an internet and social media strategy campaign, evaluate funding sources and make proposals to ensure LSEG is appropriately positioned in the regionEnsuring data integrity, having 100% of all applications recorded on Workday and accurate reporting and metricEnsure regular reporting of relevant recruiting metrics to assess efficiency of recruiting programs and talent hiredEnsuring a high quality and consistent approach to job descriptions and job adverts, including providing training and mentorship to hiring managersPartner with all divisions to leverage relationships across the companyProviding strategic market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity and salaries across the regionBe an advocate for our Inclusive Hiring practicesParticipating and owning ad-hoc TA projectsExperience And Qualifications Required5+ years of experience as a proactive talent acquisition specialistDemonstrated track record of being able to source and hire directly using ATS platforms (e.g. Beamery) and external sources (e.g. LinkedIn)Strong business sense with a commercial/pragmatic approachAbility to build partnerships with internal and external networks, based on mutual trust and insightful advice, and consistent deliverEffective oral and written communication skills when dealing with management and employees at various organization levelsAbility to influence and negotiateAbility to collaborate and work across a large, diverse, and matrixed organizationAbility to build strong credibility with business leaders across the companyEffective consulting skills in working with managers in setting recruiting expectations, developing an effective sourcing strategy and evaluating candidatesAbility to use technology effectively and efficiently to handle workloadJoin us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
