KPMG’s Human Capital Risk and Compliance (HCRC) Practice is a multidisciplinary team delivering end-to-end services across organisation assessment and development, HR and Payroll governance and risk, industrial relations, employment law, and data analytics. We support clients across all market segments to manage human capital risk and improve performance.Within this, our Workforce Consulting team helps organisations align both tangible (structure, process, workforce) and intangible (culture, leadership, motivation) elements to support the HR function deliver strategic value and manage people risk including psychosocial and payroll risk.Job DescriptionAs part of our growing team, you’ll:Apply structured problem-solving and consulting skills to address client challenges.Lead and project manage client engagements across the Human Capital value chain.Build and own relationships with subject matter experts and collaborate across capabilities.Deliver high-quality analysis and reports for executive-level audiences.Lead and project manage strategic HR, organisation development, business transformation, or payroll transformation projects. How you are Extraordinary?Through your work experience and knowledge in consulting, you have acquired the following skills and capabilities:Essential:Experience in organisation or workforce development (e.g. workforce strategy, organisation design, organisation development, strategic talent management, HR transformation, business process improvement or a related area).Ability to manage and deliver complex projects across multiple stakeholders.Outstanding communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.Strong ability to undertake and lead structured problem solving; logical analysis; and data interpretation to deliver actionable insights.Proven ability working on adaptive problems with high ambiguity.Prior experience in management consulting or HR or organisation development or business transformation. Desirable (highly valued but not essential):Some understanding of HR and/or Payroll operating models, governance and compliance frameworks.Some exposure to industrial relations and/or employment law.Experience working with clients in retail, banking, enterprise, or government sectors.Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools, payroll risk mitigation, and capability frameworks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Law or other related discipline.Additional InformationKPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
