We are looking for a Managing Director, UK to lead, scale, and run our entire UK operation. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this pivotal role holds full P&L responsibility and is accountable for translating our global strategy into high-impact, tangible outcomes for our UK clients and teams.We look for people who embody:Innovation to solve the hardest problems.‍Accountability for every result.‍Integrity always.About The RoleThis role will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of the entire UK business. Core responsibilities include:Taking full ownership of the UK P&L, developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targetsLeading, mentoring, and inspiring the UK leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and integrityPartnering directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and global executive team to align UK operations with global commercial objectives, ensuring seamless execution and deliveryDriving operational excellence across all UK functions, ensuring we deliver on high-stakes projects where the solution "absolutely has to work."Acting as the senior executive sponsor for key UK clients, building deep relationships with global leaders and ensuring we remain their partner of choiceChampioning the Qodea culture, ensuring our UK hub is an environment where high-calibre professionals can solve problems that "don't even have answers yet." This role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect. While we operate a flexible model, we expect you to spend time on site (at our offices or a client location) for collaboration sessions, customer meetings, and internal workshops.
