As the leading mid-market M&A adviser in the UK, Europe, and globally, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-impact deal advisory services.🔑 What You’ll DoLead and manage M&A transactions from origin to completion.Act as the day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships.Deliver high-quality marketing materials, pitches, and proposals.Supervise and mentor junior team members.Support business development and contribute to winning new mandates.Ensure project budgets, billing, and reporting are effectively managed.🎯 What We’re Looking ForProven corporate finance experience in investment banking, Big 4, mid-tier firms, or private equity.Strong track record in sell-side transactions and deal execution.Experience with private equity and mid-market deals is a plus.Previous energy deal experienceAdvanced financial modelling (DCF, LBO), valuation, and analytical skills.Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.A collaborative team player with a detail-oriented mindset.🎓 QualificationsStrong academic background.Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) are advantageous.🌍 Why KPMG?At KPMG, we’re building a culture that’s inclusive, diverse, and empowering.
