With Heart.ResponsibilitiesLead all areas of Chemical Manufacturing, including Production, Quality, EHS.Ensure maintenance, careful operation and availability of the entrusted equipment and utilities in the designated areaIncrease efficiency and capacity of the entrusted equipment and utilities; keep improvements in the operationalEnsure compliance with legal and other regulations in the operation of facilities, buildings and equipmentEstablish a continuous improvement cultureSupport management team of respective SCM-Unit in the development and implementation of SCM-Strategies and projects.QualificationsRelated University degree (e.g. Engineering)Min. 8 years of progressive experience in production, operations, or similar areaEngineering and Maintenance experienceExperience in Project ManagementKnow-how in SAP
