About the RoleThe Senior Marketing Executive reports to the Head of Marketing Operations and Project Communications ("HMOPC") and works as part of the Cayman-based Business Development & Marketing team (BD&M). Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective, to ensure the business's internal communications and employer brand are market leading. The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders within the business in Cayman and BVI to devise and implement coordinated programmes of activities utilising a broad range of marketing tactics. Primary responsibilities include:
Understanding the strategic objectives of BVI and Cayman business services teamsDelivering coordinated marketing activities and initiatives to support them in their plansWorking with HR on the development of employer brand initiatives and ensuring global and group coordination and communicationAssisting on the preparation of internal and external crisis communicationsSupporting the HMOPC on operational improvements within the BD&M team and its systems and processesWorking closely with our Digital & Creative Services team to deliver engaging content for the business services teamsDelivering engaging internal communication activities across officesWorking closely with peers in other jurisdictions to ensure appropriate coordination and collaborationEnsuring campaigns and activities are on budgetWorking with others within the BD&M team on key projectsEXPERIENCEWhat You BringIn addition to indisputably high ethical standards, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
A professional qualification in a Business or Marketing related field is preferredOver five years' professional experience in a similar role in professional servicesThe ability to build networks with partners and staff at all levels across the organisation and influence effectivelyStrong relationship skills and the capability to understand and quickly respond to the needs of senior stakeholdersEngage credibly with all members of the organisation with high level of enthusiasm and ability to use own initiativeAbility to work to deadlines, manage competing demands and deliver high quality work under pressureHigh level of attention to detail and the ability to handle a consistent and varied workload is essentialAbility to apply logic and creativity to problem solving, ideally from experience gained in a professional services environmentA team player with the ability to build relationships within the BD&M team locally and globallyExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsStrong project, organisational, time management and administrative skillsBENEFITS & REWARDSThe most enduring professional relationships are reciprocal relationships.
