About the RoleThe position reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead and supports recruitment activities across the region, while also lending support to other jurisdictions as needed. The TA Associate’s responsibilities feed into our objective of delivering a superior TA experience, and will collaborate with colleagues on deploying key recruitment and branding programs to enhance performance of the function. Primary responsibilities include: Work with stakeholders to determine hiring needs and selection criteria. Full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to screening, scheduling interviews and offer management.
Prioritise and proactively manage requisition volume to deliver a superior TA experience for internal clients and candidates. Develop candidate pipelines for business groups from initial outreach, to application and hire. What You BringIn addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following: Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in HR or Talent AcquisitionExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenGeneral knowledge of relevant labour laws in the Cayman Islands is advantageous.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferredProactive with excellent organisational skills, possessing strong attention to detail and be able to manage own time effectively.
