Job Description

The Marketing Admin Assistant responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department. This role focuses on handling documentation, financial processing, and logistical coordination with internal teams, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day administrative functions. The Admin Assistant ensures smooth coordination with Finance, Supply Management, and other support teams to fulfill operational requirements for marketing activities.Maintain a marketing database (electronic and print) of suppliers, agencies, partners, white papers, customer feedback forms, office supplies and other functional print or digital requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for administrative and budgetary inquiries from the Marketing Team.Process purchase requests and payment requests in coordination with Finance and Supply Management.Manage the Weekly Mktg Project List Conduct a weekly review of the project list and send out a reminder to the team to fill up the sheet for the weekPrepare and share monthly industry/market/consumer sighting/trade trends for Foodbites (e- newsletter in collaboration with the Graphic Artist)EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Essential SkillsStrong organizational and detail oriented skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAble to work effectively within a team or independentlyPeople oriented, multitasker, quick-witted and resourcefulAbility to manage multiple repetitive tasks efficiently
