Hiring: Marketing & Advertising Specialist – Design Services IndustryLocation: Lahore (Fulcrum Client – Design Services)Timing: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PMSalary: Rs. 200,000 – 250,000Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly strategic and creative Marketing & Advertising Specialist with strong expertise in behavioural economics, consumer psychology, and full-funnel multi-channel marketing. The ideal candidate will manage campaigns that drive measurable growth, create emotional resonance, and deliver high-ROI results for multi-product clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop marketing strategies using behavioural economics & psychology (nudge theory, scarcity, social proof, emotional triggers).Build & refine brand personas; segment audiences based on data and cultural insights.Plan and execute 360° campaigns (social media, Google ads, Meta, email, SEO, print) to achieve 20–50% growth in engagement, leads, and sales.Manage ROI-focused paid ads across Meta, Google & other platforms.Collaborate with creative teams to produce human-centred, psychology-driven content and visuals.Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and deliver monthly KPI reports.What We’re Looking For:3+ years of full marketing/advertising experience, including strategy, multi-channel execution, and sales conversions.Strong understanding of behavioural economics & psychology (e.g., Kahneman, Cialdini principles).Proven experience in persona creation, segmentation, trend analysis, and delivering measurable growth.Proficiency in ad platforms, analytics tools, SEO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.Excellent English communication skills with a strong emotional storytelling tone.Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced agencies with diverse products.Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related fields (preferred).To Apply, You Must Include:Applications without these will not be considered.A portfolio of full marketing campaigns showing before/after metrics, engagement rates, and conversions.Examples demonstrating how behavioural economics/psychology influenced strategy or boosted sales.Persona creation samples and their impact on campaign success.A brief explanation of an emotionally resonant, multi-channel campaign you led.
