Lunch provided on in-office days.Job Type: Direct hireLocation Requirements: Hybrid, Tuesday and Wednesday at office in Landover, MD and 3 days WFH.Rate: $80-90K annual salary plus benefitsJob Description: Seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Marketing Analyst & Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will manage data across multiple platforms and brands to ensure accuracy, reliability, and actionable insights in support of strategic business decisions. This is a dynamic, high-impact position that touches every part of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is an analytical, results-driven marketer with a proven ability to conduct deep data analysis, uncover meaningful trends and insights, and translate them into actionable strategies that drive decision-making. This position reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics to generate insights that inform digital strategy and campaign optimization.Oversee ROI tracking and reporting across all marketing channels, including social media, paid campaigns, CRM and more.Manage dashboards and create comprehensive reports using tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, GA4, and Google Search Console.Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business and marketing decisions.Gather, clean, and process data from multiple sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability.Maintain and update annual market forecasts by regionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to refine data pipelines, automate data collection methods, and improve data quality.Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to automate marketing workflows and analytics, partnering closely with the Product team.Develop and maintain dashboards to track marketing efforts across brands and imprints, consolidating data from various teams.Oversee visualization of key KPIs and performance indicators to support executive decision-making.Contribute to the management and optimization of key marketing platforms, supporting campaign execution and audience segmentationQualifications:5+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing insights, or business intelligence, preferably in a media, publishing, or digital marketing environment.Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Zendesk, Google Search Console, and Meta analytics.Strong Excel/Sheets skills and experience cleaning and processing large data sets.Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, or data integration platforms is a plus.Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Motivated self-starter with a constant desire to meet and exceed goalsBachelor’s degree required; a degree in business analytics, data science, or a related field is preferred.
