Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours.What you'll be doing:This is a full-time role, but we’re open to part-time hours for the right person.Capture high-quality photo and video content of AHLG and LLFS projects, people, and products.Edit and produce engaging photo and video content for use across social media, website, and digital campaigns.Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent tone and storytelling across both brands.Support broader marketing campaigns, helping plan and execute ideas that build brand awareness and engagement.Write short, authentic, and on-brand copy for captions, posts, emails, and other marketing materials.Help manage website updates, email newsletters, and other day-to-day marketing tasks.Develop and deliver internal communications content — celebrating wins, sharing updates, and helping build culture across the AHLG and LLFS teams.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and wider AHLG & LLFS teams to plan and capture content that reflects our values and showcases what makes us different.Maintain an organised content library and help manage marketing assets and archives.Get involved in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas for campaigns, video series, or projects that reflect our brand personality.Join in team events, BBQs, and other internal initiatives that keep our culture thriving.What we're after:Experience in videography, photography, and editing. Experience in marketing or communications roles.Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends.Strong attention to detail with an eye for composition, design, and storytelling.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organised, proactive, and happy working both independently and collaboratively.Creative thinker who can form ideas and bring them to life.A team player who’s just as comfortable behind the camera as they are sharing ideas in a meeting.Are you the right fit?At AHLG & LLFS, we’re driven by a shared purpose — to make life better for our clients, our team, and the environment.
