This position involves managing various advertising projects across multiple channels, including digital media, print, radio, television, texting, and outdoor advertising. The coordinator will oversee the workflow and traffic of these campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the role includes handling back-end functions such as supply orders, contract oversight assistance, and maintaining effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the organization’s mission of community betterment through strategic marketing efforts.QualificationsCandidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience of at least 8 years. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing, advertising, customer service, or administrative role is required. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, along with experience in project management. The ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail is crucial. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
