Coordinate, create, and deliver campaigns for some of Australia’s most recognisable home brands.Metricon Homes, Australia’s largest home builder, is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing Queensland Marketing Team at our Robina office, support our senior marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns across our websites, EDMs, property portals and printed collateral. You’ll coordinate updates, manage schedules and keep everything running smoothly, ensuring every piece of marketing is accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.In this role, you’ll be the executional engine that keeps campaigns moving, managing websites, EDMs, and key marketing assets across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with the seniors on the Marketing Team to bring campaigns to life, ensuring every output is on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time.Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:Support the broader marketing team in rolling out campaigns across digital, print, retail, and in-person channelsManage the EDM calendar and coordinate timely delivery across all brandsMaintain Metricon’s website, uploading new campaigns, checking lead forms, and keeping content accurate and up-to-dateMaintain property portals to ensure brand alignment and accuracyProofread and compliance check marketing materials to ensure excellenceCoordinate print and POS orders, manage delivery to displays, and process reorders from sales teamsLiaise with the National Marketing Services Team to deliver all web and EDM requirements for Queensland; andMaintain a physical and digital archive of marketing activity for easy access by the team and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have:3+ years’ experience in a marketing coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced retail, property, or construction environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence with CMS and email marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly regarded)A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder communication skills; andA passion for delivering marketing that is accurate, on-brand, and effective.
