MARKE014351_1SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator is integral to ensuring bona fide associations remain informed, engaged, and connected with the events and initiatives. This role involves organizing and executing events that foster participant loyalty while supporting the organization’s mission. A key aspect of the position is building and maintaining strong relationships with associations, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.The individual must possess excellent teamwork and team-building skills, working collaboratively across various groups to achieve shared goals. Additionally, this role requires a commitment to upholding IKON’s core values, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer Value, and Performance Excellence, while carrying out all responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesLiaison with Bona-fides AssociationsDevelop a quarterly visit plan to maintain continuous contact with Bona-fide AssociationsAssist associations with service-related issues and maintain follow-up recordsDistribute educational and promotional materials to associationsEnsure associations share current information on their social networksIdentify potential associationsTV and Radio Resources CoordinationCoordinate resources, guests, and content themes with production team for TV and Radio programsManage logistics, including scheduling, outdoor recordings, and graphicsPrepare and distribute supporting materials for program guests Events CoordinationPlan and coordinate events at locations with high elderly populations (Care Centers, Senior Centers, Nursing Homes, etc.)Set timelines, objectives, and expected deliverables for each eventManage participant relationships and ensure compliance with event specificationsOversee venue selection, ensuring all requirements and standards are metCoordinate logistics (transportation, accommodation, catering) and address issues as they ariseMaintain continuous communication with participants and manage guest interactions before, during, and after eventsInventory ControlOversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of promotional items and materialsKeep the promotional materials warehouse organized and accessibleMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure they are updated regularlyConduct physical counts and audits to verify stock levelsCoordinate timely reordering of supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking. Meetings CoordinationCoordinate quarterly association meetings and other meetings as requested byMar ManagementConfirm participation, location, and logisticsAssist in preparing presentations and distributing informative materials MagazineCollaborate on magazine preparation, including identifying contributors, articles, and photographsCoordinate with graphic designers for layout and assembleManage reproduction and distribution of the magazine Social NetworkManage promotions, videos, and flyers from health plan insurers, bona-fide associations, and other sourcesSubmit materials to Facebook Administrator or Website Administrator to keep the community informed Administrative dutiesAssist with invoice processing and budget managementMaintain effective communication with Supervisor/Manager/ExecutiveMeet deadlines for ongoing tasks and special projectsSupport Supervisor/Manager in achieving objectives and goalsEnsure all verbal and written communications are courteous and professionalAdhere to confidentiality standards and HIPAA complianceAlign with the organization’s corporate values: Integrity, Teamwork, Value for Customers, and Performance-DrivenPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager/ExecutiveKnowledge, Skills, And/Or AbilityStrong knowledge of customer care techniques and processesAttention to detail and analytical thinking skillsAbility to interpret complex policies and regulatory documentsAbility to operate effectively in a call center team environmentFlexibility to work extended hours as neededProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Customer service-oriented with strong relationship-building skillsStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and collaborative skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredSensitivity to confidentiality standardsAbility to initiate and follow through with independent projectsProven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-up until closureStrong problem-solving and interpersonal relationship skillTeamwork and team-building abilitiesEducation And/Or ExperienceBBA in Business Administration, Marketing or related field2-3 years of experience working in related functions preferredCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationHIPAA Seminars preferred.
