Osler is a dynamic and exciting place to begin a career or carve out a new path.The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the support and service of the marketing and communications team, where you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects for our internal clients, both lawyers and business professionals. The Coordinator will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing tactics and tools, from social media and digital content to major firm events. We are looking for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn. This is a detail-oriented position with an emphasis on project coordination and delivery, high-level client service and workflow processes.Major ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the intake, tracking, and workflow of marketing requests across the firmMaintain and update project schedules, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met using project management software (Monday.com)Communicate project timelines and updates to team members and stakeholdersCirculate proofs and perform thorough document reviews and proofreading to ensure quality control. Assist with website and social media updates, marketing materials, and communication projectsManage departmental invoices, print production, and delivery of marketing collateralSupport day-to-day activities and special projects as requiredPosition RequirementsEducation and ExperienceA university or college diploma (preferably in marketing or communications), plus a minimum of one year of relevant work experience, preferably in project coordinator or marketing role. Prior exposure to a professional services or B2B environment is considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.Knowledge and SkillsExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with project management software is a bonus.
