Marketing Data Analyst - Meta Ads, Global e-Commerce Platform (Up to USD 5,000 and Sign-on bonus up to 3 months)

Our mission is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer lifetime value.As a Marketing Data Analyst for Meta Ads, you will play an important role in monitoring advertising performance, providing weekly data-driven plans, and supporting the marketing team to make data-based decisions. You’ll work closely with the Meta Ads team to track, analyze, and optimize campaign results for business growthWHAT YOU WILL DOMonitor and analyze Meta Ads campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis.Turn data to actionable insights and build weekly action plans to improve campaign results.Collaborate with the Marketing Content team to align performance marketing strategy with business goals.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different tracking sources.Build and update dashboards and performance reports.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAt least 6 months of experience as a Data Analyst (open for Data Analyst Interns).Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Data/ Computer Science or related majors (GPA ≥ 3.0)Passion for marketing and digital advertising.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.Based in Hanoi (HN) or Ho Chi Minh City (HCM).WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAt Crossian, our people are the key to our success.
