Our primary products include green coffee beans, coconut, spices, and nuts.Role BriefThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with sales teams, and overseeing digital marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will also be expected to manage social media accounts, create marketing content, and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives.Objectives of this Role:Establish market positioning, identify target audiences, and develop effective marketing plans across multiple channels and customer segments.Lead the execution of marketing programs from strategy to delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate and supply chain business objectives.Leverage market insights, customer behavior, and industry trends to shape marketing initiatives and growth strategies.Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns—including digital, social media, events, and trade marketing.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) and external agencies to drive impactful campaigns and maximize ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesPropose, plan, and execute marketing research projects to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning.Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals and industry needs.Lead brand management efforts, ensuring consistency across digital and offline platforms.Oversee creation of marketing content, materials, and presentations to support sales and business development.Manage and optimize all online channels, including corporate website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence in the supply chain/FMCG sector.Monitor and report on campaign performance, extracting key insights for continuous improvement.Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to align marketing initiatives with business and operational objectives.Stay up to date with market developments and integrate new tools, trends, and campaigns to drive competitive advantage.QualificationsExperience in developing marketing strategies and analyzing market trendsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within FMCG, supply chain, or logistics industries.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns.Strong skills in campaign management and coordination with sales teamsProficiency in digital marketing, including social media managementContent creation and performance evaluation skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsPrevious experience in the trading or import/export industry is a plusStrong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and channel management.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work on-site in 6 October.
