With 250+ Google reviews, an A+ BBB rating, and strong referral-driven reputation, we are now building a world-class marketing engine to match our growth.We are hiring a Director of Marketing who can architect our entire marketing ecosystem—brand, content, omni-channel demand generation, funnels, and community presence. This is a strategic + hands-on leadership role, ideal for a senior marketer who thrives in building systems, directing creative resources, and driving measurable revenue outcomes.This role is remote, preferably based in Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, or other LATAM regions, with strong English fluency and experience in B2C high-ticket services.This is not a junior social media role. This is a builder role.Role OverviewThe Director of Marketing will create, structure, and lead Rhino Roofs’ marketing engine. You will develop brand strategy, architect our content system, direct internal and external creative resources, oversee PPC/SEO performance, and drive appointment volume through multi-channel demand generation.You will collaborate with Sales, Production, and Leadership to ensure marketing supports the full customer journey—from lead generation to brand experience to customer referrals. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and evolve Rhino Roofs’ premium brand identityBuild messaging, storytelling, and visual directionEnsure consistency across all channels and campaignsContent Architecture & Creative DirectionCreate and manage a full monthly content calendarDirect on-site shoots with a local videographerLead creative briefs, scripts, hooks, and angles for short-form and long-form videoOversee external editors and designersDemand Generation & PerformanceOwn weekly marketing KPIs (goal: 40+ appointments per week)Oversee PPC, SEO, and LSA performance (managed by an internal specialist)Build funnels, landing pages, retargeting sequences, and omnipresenceOptimize ROAS, CAC, CPL, and appointment flowPresent weekly performance reports to leadershipCross-Department CollaborationWork closely with Sales to align messaging, follow-up workflows, and set-rate optimizationWork with Production to capture content and develop customer-experience messagingParticipate in weekly Leadership Meetings and provide KPI dashboardsSupport neighborhood campaigns, events, home shows, and community activationsSystems Building & Resource CoordinationBuild scalable marketing processes and content systemsCoordinate designers, editors, videographers, and PPC/SEO specialistsCreate structure, flow, and operational cadence for the marketing functionDevelop SOPs, checklists, and repeatable frameworksTravel (4–5x per year)Attend content days, strategy sessions, home shows, or community events in FloridaAll travel expenses coveredRequirements4+ years in senior marketing roles (Director, Head of Marketing, Senior Strategist)Experience with B2C high-ticket services (home services preferred)Strong portfolio of content strategy, brand work, or revenue-driving campaignsDeep understanding of funnels, demand generation, and homeowner psychologyExperience directing creative resources (videographers, editors, designers)Strong English communicationAbility to work U.S. time zone hours Compensation & Benefits$3,000 – $5,000 USD per month (Base salary + performance incentives tied to KPIs)Paid company travel (4–5 trips per year)High autonomy in creative and strategic decisionsOpportunity to build the marketing structure from the ground upWork directly with the CEO and Leadership TeamFast-growing brand with long-term growth opportunityHow to ApplyPlease submit:ResumeShort video introduction (optional but preferred)
