We are now looking for a Social Media Manager (B2B) to elevate Tecla’s online presence, grow engagement with our audience, and strengthen our reputation as a top brand for nearshore talent and managed services.The RoleThe Social Media Manager (B2B) will manage both Tecla’s social media channels and the Founder’s personal social media presence, focusing almost entirely on LinkedIn. This person must deeply understand how the LinkedIn algorithm works, how to write, engage, and publish in ways that drive visibility, reach, and meaningful interaction with U.S.-based startup founders, CTOs, and product leaders.You will create, publish, and engage with content that builds awareness, credibility, and engagement while directly supporting Tecla’s growth goals. You will also work directly with the CEO to create and manage content from his voice, including LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and email campaigns. You will help translate his insights, event appearances, and conversations into high-quality written content that builds thought leadership and drives real connections.This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role for someone who knows how to win on LinkedIn by creating conversations, generating engagement, and turning visibility into brand and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy and PlanningDevelop and execute Tecla’s LinkedIn-first social media strategy for both the company page and the Founder’s personal profile.Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and growth priorities.Understand and leverage LinkedIn’s algorithm to maximize visibility and engagement.Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and cadence for both company and founder content.2. Content CreationWrite and edit high-quality short-form posts, captions, and thought leadership content optimized for LinkedIn.Repurpose materials such as blogs, reports, and internal insights into compelling posts.Collaborate with the Design team to create visuals, graphics, and templates for social use.Support the CEO in drafting and editing newsletters, email campaigns, and other written content in his tone and style.3. Community ManagementEngage daily on LinkedIn by commenting, replying, and joining relevant conversations to grow visibility.Monitor and respond to engagement on both company and founder profiles.Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and influencers.4. Analytics and OptimizationTrack performance metrics across Tecla’s and the CEO’s profiles, including engagement rate, impressions, follower growth, and inbound leads.Report insights monthly to the Growth Operations Manager with actionable recommendations.Continuously test formats, post timing, and engagement tactics to stay ahead of LinkedIn algorithm trends.5. Collaboration and AlignmentWork closely with the Growth Operations Manager to connect social activity to pipeline metrics.Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Lead and Content Developers to amplify core campaigns.Partner with the CEO and Big Fish (agency) to maintain message consistency and adapt strategy as Tecla’s brand evolves.Who You AreFully bilingual in English and Spanish.
