Based in Colombo, this role allows for a mix of both on-site work and occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Assistant will handle market research, assist in sales and marketing initiatives, support communication with clients, and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting and analyzing market data, coordinating with the sales team, preparing marketing materials, and engaging with clients to assess needs and foster strong relationships.QualificationsSkills in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or interest in marketingFamiliarity with the distribution or export market is an advantage
