Hiring!!!Job Title: Marketing Executive (Real Estate)Location: Abraham Adesanya,Ajah Lagos Candidates should live within Ajah and its environment.Work mode: Fully onsiteSalary: #150,000Key Responsibilities:Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, ensuring marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.Collaborate with sales and other teams to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into Sales.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s reach.Manage content creation and brand messaging across all platforms to ensure consistency and engagement.Stay current with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the competition.Requirements:-Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience with high closing skills (real estate experience is an added advantage).-Strong ability to close deals outright and follow up consistently.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-High standard of ethics and workplace behavior.-Ability to work independently and proactively.-Strong digital and physical marketing skills.-Proxumity to Ajah is very important.-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.Qualified candidates should send their CVs to faith@dkhomes.ng using the job title as the subject of the email.
