Key responsibilities include developing and managing content for social media platforms, optimizing social media performance, and creating strategies to grow our online audience. The candidate will also collaborate with various teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sangotedo.Qualifications2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, marketing, or digital communications.Experience in the technology, energy, or related sector is an advantage.Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Strong Communication and Writing skillsExpertise in Content Strategy and planningFamiliarity with social media tools and platformsExperience with paid media campaigns is a plusProven ability to grow and engage online audiencesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferredPersonality Traits:Creative and detail-oriented.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
