POSITION: Sales & Marketing OfficerMONTHLY SALARY: ₦100,000 - N120,000(with accommodation)The duties and responsibilities of a Sales & Marketing Manager shall include the following tasks:Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.Sales Management:Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Marketing Strategy:Create and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to promote products and services.Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.Budgeting and Financial Management:Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to optimize ROI.Forecast sales and analyze financial performance against targets.Market Research:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.Utilize research findings to inform product development and marketing strategies.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Brand Management:Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.Promote the brand through various marketing channels and community engagement initiatives.Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, such as product development, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Collaborate with external partners and vendors for marketing initiatives.Customer Focus:Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.These responsibilities play a vital role in driving a company's revenue growth and market presence, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills.Core Requirements:> Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing leadership roles, preferably as a Sales Executive, Marketing executive, or related role.> Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, online advertising).> Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).> Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.> Experience managing full sales lifecycle: lead generation → negotiation → closing deals.> Experience conducting market research and applying insights to strategy.> Strong client relationship management and customer engagement skills.> Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
