Contract: 1 year (renewable and extendable)Employment: Outsourced through ManpowerGroup Middle EastRole Overview:In the Marketing Executive role you will be responsible for helping to shape and execute the brands’ strategy, leveraging key consumer insights to identify unmet needs and developing innovative solutions to reach our consumers. You will part of the marketing Hub team and you will be working mainly on exciting brands within the Skin health & Beauty business.Duties & Responsibilities:Supporting with shaping the overall brand strategy based on consumer insights and behavioursWorking with a cross functional team to build and execute plans to drive brand growth – e.g. sales, finance & regulatoryManaging projects within limits of time and budget, delivering value to the businessPerforming sales & competitive analysis to enable ongoing business trackingInterpreting data to enable development of short-term to long-term sales and marketing plansEngaging creative and media agencies to develop and execute plansDeveloping new creative contentConducting and evaluating consumer market researchComing up agile ways to validate insights/products/hypothesis with consumersExperience RequiredEducation: University graduateYears of Experience: 3+ yearsExperience in skin care marketing is a plusLanguage: English (fluent), Arabic (fluent) is a plusLocation: DubaiRelocation availability: NoTechnical/Functional Skills RequiredAbility to analyse and interpret data and create insightful reportsStrong analytical, communicational and planning skills oriented towards delivering business resultsCreative thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesHighly developed presentational and organizational skillsAble to interpret and understand complex informationExcellent organisational skillsAbility to deal with matrix responsibilities from multidisciplinary tasksProficiency in MS Office ApplicationsLeadership Profile RequiredFlexible and adaptable team playerComfortable with taking initiative; self-motivated with a high level of tenacityHave an entrepreneurial spirit and a ‘can do’ attitudeSelf-motivated, innovative with an inspiring personality
