Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead and oversee the group’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring effective brand positioning, market visibility, and customer engagement across all business divisions. This role you will be involved in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating with business unit heads, and ensuring brand consistency and performance-driven marketing initiatives aligned with the Group’s strategic goals.Roles & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Brand Management:Develop and implement the group’s marketing and communication strategy in line with corporate objectives.Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brands and business units.Manage brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging across multiple platforms (retail, digital, B2B, and hospitality).Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for all business units.Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to drive traffic and sales.Work closely with design, merchandising, and operations teams to align marketing activities with business priorities.Monitor campaign performance and ROI through measurable KPIs and analytical tools.Digital Marketing & Social Media:Oversee digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.Manage the company’s online presence across websites, e-commerce platforms, and social channels.Supervise digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and ensure effective audience targeting.Analyze digital metrics and user behavior to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.Public Relations & Corporate Communications:Manage all PR activities, media relations, and press releases to enhance brand image and visibility.Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and partnerships.Act as the primary point of contact for PR agencies, media houses, and creative partners.Oversee internal communication initiatives to promote brand culture and engagement.Cross Departmental Coordination:Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Manufacturing, and Hospitality heads to align marketing efforts with business needs.Support the launch of new branches, product lines, and service offerings through coordinated marketing strategies.Liaise with the Projects and Administration teams on store branding, signage, and visual merchandising requirements.Budgeting & Performance Management:Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.Ensure cost-effective spending and return on marketing investments.Present regular marketing reports, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to the Group CEO.
