In this function, the candidate will receive clear briefings from the Head of Consumer Sales for the MEA region and report their work back to the local Head of Consumer Sales. The Candidate may need to source local services on behalf of Sonova Consumer Hearing. All agreements and purchases will however be signed by the Head of Consumer Sales.Details:1: Retail Partner MarketingExecute product launch communication to partners in timely fashionSupply Marketing Playbooks and marketing assets to retail partnersCustomize marketing material for sales partners as needed. The candidate will tap into a global Graphic Design resource for asset adaptations, yet may be able to also source local service providers as neededHandle translation adaptations as neededSupply of training content to retail partners2: Amazon MarketingExecute the setup of product detail pages on Amazon and ensure globally aligned content is translated and deployed accuratelySupport the global Amazon Marketing Team with the creation of Brand Store updates as needed.Execute ongoing content audits and initiate corrections as neededSupport global Amazon Marketing agency in execution of advertising plan3: In-Store Product Displays and PromotionsCoordination of production, shipment and implementation of In-Store Point of Purchase displays based on global guidelines and local requirements. Support will be provided by global specialists. Candidate must be able to source and supervise local service providers on behalf of Sennheiser as needed.Coordination of In-Store Promoter activations to include project planning, training, setting of targets and post activation reporting.4: Public RelationsSupport local PR agency and regional PR Lead in the execution of PR projects to include managing the sample process, supply of creative assets, schedule of review meetings etc.5: UAE Website ContentAudit content deployed on UAE website and initiate change as needed. The candidate will work with the global web dev and content team for execution Social MediaSocial media activities are globalized and shared with the Sennheiser Pro Audio Marketing Teams. MEA consumer will be exposed to global content posted on Instagram and FB. The role is tasked to monitor posts and provide input to the global social media manager if content is not relevant for the MEAThe role can initiate geotargeted paid social media advertisement for specific local topics based on prior approval by Head of Marketing
