Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer with a strong creative eye and passion for gaming to join a fast-growing team that creates high-performing, visually striking ads for mobile games and digital campaigns.You’ll collaborate with designers, animators, and marketers to transform ideas into engaging visuals that boost user acquisition and brand presence. If you love combining graphic design, storytelling, and motion elements, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality marketing materials for UA, Social and other marketing outlets.Collaborate closely with different departments to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.Use both traditional design tools and AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) to generate and refine visual ideas.Prepare assets for animation and final production, ensuring top-notch visual quality.Apply best practices in UX, UI, typography, composition, and color theory for engaging and intuitive ad experiences.Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and player preferences to inform creative decisions.Incorporate feedback to iterate quickly while maintaining high artistic standards.RequirementsAt least 3-4 years of experience in marketing design, preferably within the gaming or mobile app industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) + FigmaExperience using AI tools for creative ideation and mockup generation.Strong understanding of casual mobile game mechanics and how to design for them.Solid grasp of animation basics, UX/UI principles, and visual storytelling.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.Detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative team player.Animation Capabilities, working with After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4d etc. is a plus!Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing gaming startup with creative freedom and meaningful impactCollaborate with top-tier designers, producers, and developersHelp shape the visual storytelling for a community-first gaming brandWork in a dynamic, fun, and ambitious environment where your ideas matter
