The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who brings creativity, curiosity, and organization to every task. You’ll work alongside our marketing and design teams to support proposal development, digital and print collateral, social media, project photography, and internal communications.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their experience in marketing and graphic design, while learning or expanding their knowledge of the architecture industry within a creative, community-driven firm. This position is part-time, but could easily grow to full-time for the right person given the growth pace that the firm has experienced over the past several years…Primary Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Team with the creation of marketing materials and documents including proposals, brochures, project sheets, presentations, and other digital assets.Assist in the layout, editing, and production of RFP/RFQ proposals and coordinating consultant information, project experience, and team qualifications.Prepare, print, and assemble marketing packages and presentations on tight deadlines.Contribute to firm-wide brand consistency, ensuring all materials align with 19six brand standards.Create and edit graphics for social media, website updates, and email campaigns.Assist with scheduling and coordination for photography sessions, events, and client meetings.Support award submissions and assist in maintaining the firm’s marketing archives and digital library.Conduct market, client, and project research to support strategic pursuits and storytelling.Other marketing related duties to help support the company, as assigned.Desired Skills & QualificationsAssociate’s degree or greater in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred.
