IntroPROEVER is an AI-powered project management platform built in Japan and now preparing for global expansion.We are looking for a Tokyo-based, Japanese–English bilingual Marketing Lead to drive the global brand and demand generation for PROEVER.About MSOL & PROEVERManagement Solutions (MSOL) is a Japan-based consulting firm specialized in project and program management. We support executives and PMOs across industries with hands-on PMO services and transformation projects.PROEVER is MSOL’s flagship AI-powered project management SaaS.Unlike task-centric tools, PROEVER provides:A program-level view across multiple projectsReal-time visibility into status, risks, and impactAI support for reporting and decision-making at executive and PMO levelWe are now entering a major product renewal and global expansion phase, including overseas events and cloud marketplace initiatives.Role OverviewAs Marketing Lead, you will:Own the overall marketing strategy for PROEVER (Japan + global)Build and strengthen the brand, story, and messagingPlan and run integrated campaigns that support pipeline and ARR growthWork directly with executives, product, sales, and customer successThis is a hands-on and strategic role: you will design the narrative and also execute campaigns yourself.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the marketing strategy and annual/quarterly plans for PROEVEROwn positioning, messaging, and storytelling for executives, PMOs, and enterprise customersPlan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns, including:Events, webinars, conferences, and community activitiesDigital marketing (email, website, social, paid where appropriate)Content marketing (case studies, one-pagers, whitepapers, decks, etc.)Lead PR and communications activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersDrive co-marketing with partners (e.g., cloud providers, consulting partners, SIers)Own and optimize website, landing pages, and campaign assets, working with designers/writers where neededTrack performance using MA / CRM / analytics tools and continuously improve ROIIn the mid-term, help build and develop a small marketing team (hiring, coaching, process design)Requirements – Must-Haves5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS / software / technologyProven track record in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (online & offline)Ability to create and/or direct high-quality marketing content (LPs, decks, emails, etc.)Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., MA, CRM, analytics, webinar tools)Fluent Japanese (native or near-native) for content creation and stakeholder communicationBusiness-level English for meetings, presentations, and written communicationHigh sense of ownership, speed, and accountability – comfortable working in an evolving environmentRequirements – Nice to HaveExperience in enterprise SaaS or products for project management / PMO / EPMOExperience in PR / media relations or corporate communicationsExperience in global or regional marketing (APAC, US, EU, etc.)Familiarity with Microsoft / cloud ecosystems or marketplace-based go-to-marketInterest or experience in AI / data / analytics productsWork Style & LocationEmployment type: Full-time, permanent employeeLocation: Tokyo Midtown Tower (Roppongi), Minato-ku, TokyoWork style: Hybrid + flextime (no core time)We expect regular on-site collaboration with product, sales, and leadership, so we are looking for Tokyo-based candidates (or those willing to relocate).Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Japan.Why Join UsBecome the marketing owner of a next-generation AI project management platformWork closely with top management, product, and engineering – high visibility and impactHelp build a global SaaS brand born in Japan, from an early stage of its global journeyJoin a culture that values professionalism, continuous learning, and psychological safety
