Job DescriptionBusiness OverviewThe Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.Department OverviewThe Brand Marketing Strategy Department is responsible for the development of all the creative products that customers see and hold in their hands in the Rakuten Mobile business.It has already been 3 years since we started our service, but we are constantly improving our branding area while keeping an eye on market trends (user trends). We have a wide range of ages among our team members, and we have a team environment where we can always discuss things with each other. We are a department where you can enjoy a sense of accomplishment and an environment where you can create better products one project at a time without inertia or giving up.The Brand Marketing Communication Section is responsible for driving all marketing communication initiatives from planning to execution in one team. The team environment is full of speed and logic where you can enjoy the dynamism as a marketer, especially in a high priority business in Rakuten group. As one of the groups in the section, Marketing Strategy Planning Group is mainly responsible for developing marketing strategies and KPIs, while designing and operating user surveys and analyzing related data. The group is also responsible for reporting the results to the company executives.PositionWhy We HireAdditional hiring to strengthen the product marketing area in line with the expansion of Mobile business.Position DetailsThe role of Marketing Strategy Planning is as follows, and you will be assigned to one or more of them. User’s demand survey planning & analysis. Development of integrated marketing strategies. Promote strategies to penetrate through the team responsible for execution. KPI management. Overall data analysis including media mix modeling. Reporting to company executives, board members.English will be the common language when making presentation documents.Mandatory Qualifications5 years+ experience as a marketing strategist at a business corporation or consulting firm.
