This is a unique opportunity to own the entire marketing function for a prestigious fragrance house. You will be the strategic mind and brand ambassador behind our launch plans, digital presence, trade partnerships, and public image. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a compelling storyteller, and a hands-on executor who can seamlessly balance respect for tradition with the demands of a modern, global luxury market.Key Responsibilities:1. Product & Brand Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for all new fragrance launches and collections, ensuring they align with the brand's heritage and luxury positioning.Define and maintain the brand’s prestigious image, messaging, and voice across all channels to ensure consistency and appeal to our discerning clientele.Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies on product storytelling, packaging design, and marketing collateral that reflects our commitment to quality.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the global luxury fragrance sector.2. Digital Marketing & Social Media:Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, including social media, website content, SEO, and email marketing, ensuring a tone of sophistication and elegance.Develop and manage a compelling content calendar that showcases our craftsmanship, heritage, and products, driving engagement and building a loyal online community.Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (PPC, social ads) to drive brand awareness and sales among target luxury consumers.Lead the influencer and affiliate marketing strategy, identifying and building relationships with high-end partners who embody the brand's values.3. Trade & B2B Marketing:Develop and execute "trade animation" plans to drive sell-through and enhance brand visibility with our network of exclusive.Create impactful marketing materials, training modules, and elegant point-of-sale (POS) displays for retail staff and partners.Plan and manage prestigious in-store events, product samplings, and brand activations to provide unparalleled customer experience.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and luxury department stores.4. Public Relations & Communications:Develop and implement a proactive PR strategy to secure high-impact media coverage in top-tier luxury, lifestyle, and beauty publications (both online and print).Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements that uphold the brand's prestigious image.Manage relationships with key journalists, editors, bloggers, and influencers in the luxury space.Oversee crisis communication and manage the brand's public reputation with the utmost discretion.5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Develop and manage the CRM strategy to nurture customer loyalty, enhance the client experience, and increase lifetime value.Segment the customer database to deliver personalized and exclusive email marketing campaigns and promotions.Analyze customer data and feedback to generate insights and continuously improve the luxury customer journey.6.
