Visit our website at www.gautamgroup.com for more information.Role DescriptionThis position is responsible for maximizing our brand visibility and its connection with the desired targeted audience and increasing engagement on Social Media platforms, while bringing more users to our pages. The job role also includes maintaining clear intent and strategic direction for each Social Media campaign, in order to drive sales and build brand awareness. Job Title: Social Media Manager Location : Dubai , UAE. Experience : 5-7 years.Job Type: Full-Time.Languages : English and Arabic. Roles & Responsibilities : Social Media ManagementDemonstrate strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Intagram, YouTube, Twitter, Google, etc.) and how to leverage each for different business scenarios.Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage partnerships with other brands; and create/post engaging visual content, including videos and images.Oversee social media activities for our company, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of content.Build and maintain a strong online brand presence across all relevant channels.Contribute weekly blog posts aligned with the company’s content strategy.Assist in preparing and analyzing social media performance reports . Marketing Strategies:·   Create new marketing strategies for the company. ·   Brand identity ·   Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media.·   Communications with influencers.·   Find different ventures where our Brand can gain exposure. ·   Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.·    Overlook all marketing materials, such as company branded stationary, website developments, Exhibition stands, Amazon and Noon management. Exhibitions :·  Create a visual concept for all our exhibitions & contact contractors to build the stand.·  Pre-and post-production activities to be taken care of (setting up and dismantling of displays).·   Looking into all the tasks related to the event such as arranging exhibitors’ badges, visitor’s badges, freebees, deciding which brands are to be exhibited etc.·   Managing the exhibition space and the general flow of the days.  Adhoc activities :·   Support any urgent marketing or communication tasks assigned by management.·   Help with administrative tasks related to marketing, events, or social media.
