This role combines media sales, campaign planning, proposal development, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality advertising campaigns while driving client satisfaction and supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.Develop and present customized media plans, proposals, and campaign strategies.Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Oversee campaigns from concept to execution, coordinating with creative, production, and digital teams.Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, recommendations, and regular reporting to clients.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective advertising strategies.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and project milestones.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in media, advertising, sales, or account management.Proven experience in managing client accounts and delivering successful campaigns.Excellent client relationship, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.Strong knowledge of advertising media, campaign analytics, and industry trends.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Client satisfaction and retentionRevenue growth from assigned accountsTimely and high-quality campaign deliverySuccessful upselling and cross-selling within client accountIf you are a results-driven media professional with proven experience, a strong track record, and meet all the above requirements, we want to hear from you.
