With a culture focused on entrepreneurial thinking, speed to market, and continuous improvement, this is a rare opportunity to join a world-class, fast-paced, and collaborative team.The Opportunity:Our client is seeking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic Foodservice Marketing team. Looking for a team member with a strong understanding of Foodservice distribution customer base (Sysco, GFS, U.S. Foods, etc.) and a passion for brand-building to lead the development and delivery of channel and customer-specific strategies for their organization. This is a high-impact position suited for a driven, results-oriented Marketing leader with proven success managing communications, media, and trade, and who can deliver against aggressive growth targets.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Research and identify foodservice publications and media channels for media buys to support brand campaigns. Plan and execute media buys including budget allocation and optimization.Collaborate with Foodservice Content Manager to ensure campaigns are on-brand, compelling, and tailored to platform specifications.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and continually optimize based on insights.Plan and execute internal social media calendar and paid media efforts (LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)Support and execute foodservice Canadian and US distributor (Sysco, US Foods, GFS etc.) marketing programs.Own the E-Commerce operator experience across various distributor websites including conducting regular audits and managing new launches.Monitor e-commerce best practices to uncover opportunities for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to implement changes.Tradeshow and event management including managing all tradeshow support buys and marketing materials.Strong understanding of competitor landscape including owing competitor research and trackingCollaborate with marketing and sales counterparts to build consumer centric programs that connect customer objectives with brand objectives.Key contributor to our overall Foodservice Marketing goals, representing the voice of the Foodservice customer and responsible for the development of tactics to ensure goal achievement.Keep up-to-date on industry trends, dynamics, and insightsEstablish, build, and maintain strong cross-functional, internal, and external relationships. Qualifications & Competencies: 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Management / Brand Development (including own brand or private label) in the Foodservice industry, ideally with a food manufacturerA keen understanding and experience with Canadian and US distributor channels is critical (Sysco, US Foods, GFS, etc.)Previous experience in leading media buys, execution strategies and budget tracking Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to execute Foodservice brand strategy in alignment with overall global brand positioning - ensuring consistency of brand voice, tailored to the foodservice channelAbility to support the translation of the brand plan into an actionable tactics and to manage and be accountable for the execution of the brand plan to deliver the results committed toExperience with digital and traditional communication channels and maximizing return on dollars invested within the Food Service channelsExperience with distributor e-commerce sites and data enrichment through third-party websites is a strong asset, but not requiredExperience using the Adobe Creative Suite application – ability to create content - a strong asset, but not requiredWhy Join:• Join a category leader that’s disrupting the food industry with innovation and scale• Work with iconic brands and national retailers across North America• Be part of a high-growth, performance-driven team that rewards results• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and benefits• Remote flexibility with meaningful travel and client-facing exposure
