We are looking for an Marketing Manager to further strengthen our marketing structure in our company, which operates in the FMCG sector and continues to grow in the global market with its innovative products!The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:QUALIFICATIONSExperience in media relations, agency & brand managementBachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics or Industrial EngineeringFollowing marketing sector, trends, strategies and rivals with global collaborationTotal 10+ years of relevant work experience as Marketing Manager preferably in FMCG business (3+ years as Marketing Manager)Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, new product launch activities and fair participation.Ability in team management and coordinationAbility to collaborate with Marketing departments of external offices and foreign clients.Preferably resident on Istanbul- Anatolian sideNo restriction for domestic and international travelsGood communication skills of written and spoken in EnglishJOB DESCRIPTION:Recognizing sector and rivals; determining advertising and promotion strategies in accordance with needs and demands.As part of internal and external market surveys, working closely with sales and marketing teams; determining marketing strategies.In accordance with company’s internal and external marketing targets, planning and conducting market penetration strategiesOrganizing and developing marketing toolsConducting rival-price analysis and constituting competitive price structure.In accordance with company’s vision and targets; composing marketing and product development strategies of brandsPlanning brand positioning and ensuring implementationDetermining annual sales budgets and marketing plans of brands & ensuring those plans to materialize according to approved budget all year roundFollowing sales, distribution and market share performances of brands; comparing them with approved targets; taking measures to probable deviationsPlanning interior displays in stores and providing implementationExecuting digital marketing process of company’s e-Commerce websitesPreparing annual digital marketing plan and budgetManaging company’s current product portfolio and new product launch activitiesResponsible for managing and leading brand managers, ensuring effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
